The Queen’s View
Welcome to Scotland, a land of beauty. Experience the spectacular scenery; the mountains and lochs, the castles, steeped in history, the multitude of islands; Skye, Arran, the Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland.
I am sure that you will enjoy the warm hospitality of the Scottish people.
There is a lot to do in Scotland.
The West Highland Way, a long distance walk, can be traversed in short stages;
The Cathedral of St Andrew, in St Andrews, the seat of learning;
Stirling Castle and the site of the Battle of Bannockburn should not be missed;
Edinburgh: The Capital city, with the magnificent Castle Rock as a backdrop. Relax in the beautiful Princes Street Gardens and feast your eyes;
Glasgow: The Lordship’s House, the oldest house in the city. The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is fantastic.
These are but a few of the attractions for the visitor to see and to do. To whet your appetite further, the photographs that follow, may tickle your fancy.
At Loch Ness, you may watch with glee, as your children feed the monster.
