The motor home was a rather old one but with everything working quite ok. The owners of the motorhome were really nice helping us during the pick up at our hotel downtown and drop off at the airport and with their explanations and hints of the trip. My kid’s loved the small souvenir they offered them!! Very good service and Debra (who was my main contact there) has been always ready to help. I cannot recommend enough. Only issue that should be improved is to find a way to pay the cost of the motorhome and the deposit from a non UK country without Bank-Visa extra cost. To offer the possibility to get a full insurance coverage (eliminating the need of a deposit), by paying a little bit more per day I think is a service that could be also interesting and appreciated by the potential customers Should I need to hire a motorhome in UK again, I will make sure you will be the one I first will start asking to.

It was amazing, no tent to set up, no walking for miles with all your stuff. You drive up, if you're lucky not to be driving, then you sit and relax drinking en route to the festival. Best off all, if your goanna get stuck in traffic due to unforeseen circumstances (3hrs for us) then a motorhome is where you should be stuck. Had the BEST festival experience ever, True Story. I asked the girls to find me a camper near my home as i was working, and they done exactly that. Campervaning at festivals is the FUTURE kids.

The little extra things in the van such as Torch, 2 sets of brushes for cleaning the floor, a water hose that could attach to any tap fitting, good quality cutlery, outdoor tables and chairs, even tablets to sanitize the water if needed etc etc etc were very much useful. The bed was very easy to set up at night and the space heater and water heater in particular were excellent, because they were powered by either gas (when we were wild camping) or electricity (when we were in a caravan park.) The van was also well stocked with detailed maps as well as caravan and camping club books. The bedding was great especially the pillows, which were sumptuous. The owners of the van should be congratulated for their forethought and service. After a month in the van we were sad to leave it. We would recommend this particular van to any couple, like us, wishing to have the best experience possible. Motorhome City was an excellent service - being kept up to date on a regular basis was also very helpful. THANK YOU.
