When is the balance payable?
The balance cost (total hire cost, minus the deposit of £300) must be paid 12 weeks before the commencement of the start day of the hire. A reminder e-mail will be sent to the hirer at 12 weeks before the start date of hire. If the balance is not paid 10 weeks before the start date, then the hire will be cancelled (with full forfeiture of deposit).
