You are always a free agent. You do not subscribe to our services, and a simple e-mail notifying us of your departure will suffice. We will remove your vehicle from our system and website, and you will have lost nothing.
We will simply send back an e-mail asking why you choose to leave us, as we hope to offer the best service in the UK and would be very interested to know why you choose to leave, so that we can improve performance at all times.
